Refund policy

At Fremont Bridge Rotary, each product is custom-made with care to support our charitable causes. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the defect or damage, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
