Ghana Well Project – Water for Life

Water scarcity has long been a challenge in Accra, Ghana. Thanks to the Rotary Club of Fremont Bridge’s Ghana Well Project, a fully functioning borehole well has been built — giving women and children access to safe, clean water. This achievement reduces daily hardships and creates new opportunities for education, health, and empowerment.

The well is maintained by the local Chief and his community, ensuring sustainability and ownership for generations to come.

What starts as a well becomes a ripple of hope for an entire community.
