Processing Time
All of our products are custom-made to your specifications. Once we receive your order and customization details, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the 7-10 business days processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our processing and shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during peak seasons may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services in your country. Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
