JULY 2025 - Be A Mentor Backpack Drive
On July 16, members of the Rotary Club of Fremont Bridge joined hands with Be A Mentor to support local students in need. With a commitment of $1,000 from our club and the help of volunteers, 50 backpacks were packed and made ready for distribution.
While the official packing dates (July 14–17) couldn’t be shifted to a weekend, our members stepped up on a weekday morning to ensure Rotary was present not just financially, but also in service. Special thanks to Jackson for coordinating on-site, and to the members who joined in to add that personal touch of Rotary spirit.
This initiative reflects Rotary’s ongoing commitment to education and youth — combining resources, service, and community partnership to help every child be better prepared for the school year ahead.

AUGUST 2025 - Kids Against Hunger, Food Packaging Event
On Saturday, August 30, 2025, members of the Rotary Club of Fremont Bridge, together with community volunteers, gathered at the Kids Against Hunger Bay Area warehouse for a powerful morning of service. Smiles, teamwork, and determination filled the room as volunteers worked side by side—scooping ingredients, sealing bags, and boxing meals.
In just 90 minutes, the team successfully packed 11,800 nutritious meals, which will be shipped to Gaza to provide food and hope to families in need.
This event highlighted the heart of Rotary’s mission: Service Above Self, showing how collective effort can turn compassion into real impact—both locally and globally.
