• Use quantity selection for how many pieces of garments you would like to be embroidered
• Use the text box to type in your club name
• Please ship or drop off the garments to 573 Lower Vintners Cir. Fremont CA 94539, and include your name and order number once you place your order.
• Once finished your garments will be shipped back to you.
